Production & Lead Time

All orders have a 4-week production lead time. This timer begins on the business day your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed. We do not begin production on orders until payment has cleared.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders shipping within the United States are fulfilled through standard domestic carriers. Once your order has completed the 4-week production period, it will be handed off to our carrier and you will receive a tracking notification via email. Delivery times after handoff vary by carrier and destination.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to many countries, including Australia, Canada, most of Europe, and select countries across Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific. Once your order has completed the 4-week production period, it will be handed off to an international carrier. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by studio321.

All Other Countries

We ship to countries not listed in our standard international zone on a best-effort basis through available carrier services. Shipping availability and timelines may vary. Customs duties and import fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive this notification.
